Program Terms & Clinical Policies

The Acute Rescue Protocol (3-5 sessions): Must be completed within 30 days of the initial assessment to ensure clinical efficacy in breaking the pain cycle.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To maintain a high standard of care for all patients, especially those in acute pain:
24-Hour Notice: We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Late Cancellations: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or “no-shows” will be deducted from your package balance.
